ISLAMABAD: Taban Airline is set to commence its operations in Pakistan, marking its debut flight from Mashhad to Karachi. This is another international airline that is starting its direct flights in Pakistan, starting from Karachi.
Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori, accompanied by the Consul General of Iran, will inaugurate Taban Airline’s maiden flight from Mashhad.
This comes after the recent launch of direct flights between Karachi and Kuala Lumpur by Malaysian airline Batik Air.
Batik Air’s successful daily flights to Lahore prompted the expansion of services to Karachi, with three weekly flights to Kuala Lumpur from Jinnah International Airport at 7:30 pm. The airline aims to strengthen ties between nations, enhancing both business and leisure travel opportunities.
Earlier, on November 1, Azerbaijan’s national airline, AZAL, initiated direct flight operations to Pakistan. An inaugural flight from Azerbaijan is scheduled to land at Islamabad airport tonight, further fostering international connectivity.
